I haven't used it often - probably because AFFIRM, which should go bankrupt, is in everybody's face. ZIP is great, has always helped me out and I have NEVER had any problem - smooth sailing. Go after the aforementioned -- A company - they are a bunch of thieves. The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight - the very definition of disorganization and rank stupidity. ZIP, I wish you all the best! -

my phone is broken. so im trying to place a new order but the extension wants my phone number for verification. im not happy.
ZIP will not let you purchase on pc. great on the phone.
Why is it still not working for so many people and still pushed so hard in the app store
I've been trying to explain a problem with their extension on the Chrome browser, but they do not seem capable of understanding the issue. I love Zip (Quadpay), so I will continue to use the service even though it requires way too many additional steps. Support is friendly and replies within a reasonable amount of time, but offering the same suggestions, worded differently isn't going to fix the problem lol. [12/24/23] So, it was working a few days this week, keep your fingers crossed folks.
