I fully assumed that an extension advertising 4K file capture capabilities would turn out to be another fake wrapper tool that would throw script validation errors on complex layout sites. To my surprise, the stream detection algorithm handles advanced layouts with incredible precision, pulling down full-resolution asset blocks without audio sync drifting issues. It delivers an incredibly consistent, professional toolset that genuinely honors the performance capabilities listed in its store notes
Finding a downloader that actually works is a nightmare. This one does. I grabbed a 4K video from a news site and it saved in seconds. The built in recorder is great too for stuff that won't download normally. No popups or sketchy redirects. Reels, shorts, live streams, it handles everything except YouTube which is fair enough. Fast, and simple.
I tried this on a few different websites and it worked really well. It detected videos quickly and downloading was simple with just one click. I also like that it supports different quality options including HD. The built in recorder is a nice bonus for videos that cant be downloaded normally. It doesnt work with YouTube which is clearly mentioned but for other sites it does a great job. Really useful extension and easy to use.
