Installed VisualSP for a test run initially, and the product has become a go to tool for creating, sharing and tracking user interaction with my support and training documentation.
I’ve been using this product for some time now and I must say it’s both amazing and user-friendly. The walkthrough feature is particularly impressive, and the banners add great value. Highly recommended!
VisualSP is a great tool for providing in-context help and guidance directly on web applications. It’s easy to install, intuitive to use, and works smoothly across different platforms. The ability to create and customize help items makes it very versatile for both training and onboarding. Highly recommended for improving user adoption and reducing support requests.
As a professional tester who uses a browser every hour in my everyday routine, this tool helps me explore new websites I am not familiar with just a click, a popout is ready to help me out. But currently, its "Help Items" needs some updates on the suggested topics that can be easily viewed by the users, since it is only updated mostly with the Microsoft websites.
This tool has boosted the productivity for me and my team. It's easy to use and I keep coming up with different uses for it.
As a consultant I have numerous clients that have deployed VisualSP with great success resulting in improved communications and increases in cost savings. Unlike built in app provided help, such as what is provided within various SaaS applications, the integrated and contextual help that VisualSP offers gives users direct access to information that is relevant to their specific business and governance requirements. With the addition of the new AI Assistant my clients are able to gain integrated generative and analytical AI features without the cost or overhead of similar applications such as Copilot while also gaining additional functionality like prebuilt business specific prompts and analytics tracking. I always recommend VisualSP to my clients and they have not disappointed!

A great tool! Not only useful for our organization but it's also very minimalist when not used which is a recurring issue with a lot of the plug-ins I use. The AI feature has been extremely useful in my day to day.
Powerful tool - gives site admins great data and helps us inform users of new features with click throughs, banners and attention grabbing tools. At first glance it may not seem like much, but take the time to dig a bit deeper and customize the content. They do have a ton of standard content that is very well written. Best support I've seen.
