do yourself and the users a favour and remove this extension. Waste of time.
Well, this extension is useless. First of all, you can't ask every participants we invited to download it. Secondly, even though from my end, i can see the shared music icon appear in my left upper corner, but not on the toolbar. I've seek for over 2 hours to figure how it could be works on the internet, and all are useless. Lastly, this extension is extras yet not helpful at all.
I still didnt know how this work
Extension just mutes and unmutes the user. The sidebar with the url that is supposed to be launched does not come up
Such a good idea. I was looking for exactly this. Help, please. the shared music extension appears above the microphone mute button and clicking shared music just mutes and unmutes the microphone. I can't get the field to add the YouTube link into...
I can't get this to work. I can't ask 30 people to download an extension.
When I pasted the link to a youtube video, nothing happened. I pressed enter, clicked on the random music icon and everything else that could be clicked on. Nothing worked. I also tried right clicking a video link on the google homepage and selecting the "play in music share" option as shown in the second picture and there was no effect. My sound is turned all the way up. I even logged into the meet with a second account and could here nothing from there. Lastly, with the extension plugged in, it seems to cover all of the other features of google meet, such as the collaborative whiteboard.
