Have to continually recreate an API for the plugin in Chrome
Very clunky. Multiple issues. - Keeps "forgetting" the API key: appears to be if I have multiple Chrome profiles logged in at the same time - Can only click the "issue search" box in one particular part of the box - Searches for previous issues are completely unpredictable
The app increased the team productivity as they can now create tickets directly from email , eliminating the need to switch to Jira. They also always release new features and improvements. Highly recommended!
