productboard is the all-in-one tool for product management that helps teams understand what users need, prioritize what to build next, and earn-buy in for their plans.
This extension lets you and your colleagues submit user insights (the gold nuggets found in user research & feedback) straight to productboard’s Research board.
GET STARTED:
1. Log in to your productboard project as an admin, editor, or contributor. (See user roles: http://bit.ly/pb-user-roles2)
2. Highlight text on any webpage, select the extension icon in your browser’s toolbar, and submit the insight.
3. You can also select the extension icon without highlighting any text to write or paste insights free-form.

The extension is the perfect way to collect feedback from all over the web directly into productboard to be processed and integrated with our decision making process.
Wahoo!! We get lots of feedback from GitHub issues, this makes it super easy to add it to productboard! I only wish it went a step further and, once you've already captured the feedback, somehow indicated that on the page. For example, how will my co-worker know that I've already captured a GitHub issue and not redundantly capture it himself? When you click the extension, it should surface any already captured feedback for that link, so that others can quickly see that it's captured. For now we'll probably have to put a label on the issue saying captured or something, but for things like StackOverflow that isn't even possible, so we'd definitely need something to help with that! It'd also be nice to be able to link features right there, rather than just putting the feedback into the inbox. Sometimes I want to process it instantly.
