This extension is a huge timesaver and has become an integral part of my workflow. The ability to process every email in our CRM, as if I were on the platform itself, without having to leave Gmail saves an inordinate amount of time. The constant iterations and updates to the extension by the Affinity team have meant that bugs have been quickly resolved and increased capabilities are shipped frequently. Easily my most utilized Chrome extension.
They need to make the app more flexible re. its location on your screen. It interferes with content on a given web page and you can't minimize it. At least, I can't identify how to minimize it. I will update my review if I understand what I'm looking at.
Really awful. the extension is super glitchy for a product that is super expensive.
Awful experience. Every time I restart my browser the extension logs itself out. When I click the login button it says "This is the oauth redirect. This page will automatically close after 2 seconds.", and then it redirects me back to the extension, but the extension is still not logged in. So then I click to login again and it once again goes to a page saying "This is the oauth..." and then it redirects me back to an extension that is NOT logged in. Going in an infinite loop..... So then I reach out to support and say you have a bug. And they tell me it's not their fault but instead my cookies got corrupted and that I have to clear them on the affinity.co website for things to work. So I do. And then I try to login again and sometimes it works. But sometimes it doesn't. And when it doesn't I end up on this page having to uninstall and then reinstall the extension. And then even after I reinstall it, the login still doesn't work. So then I have to restart my computer. And 30 minutes later, I have logged into my CRM extension. Yay. AND best of all, this is a known bug which they have just avoided fixing, despite charging $2k+ per seat.
Great when it works, but unfortunately very buggy. Often takes forever to load and forces you to log in repeatedly.
Super helpful.
It is very powerful - but I really miss the old version which could show the # of connections I have with the company/website I am browsing. With the new version, I have to click 2 places to see how many connections I have (so that I can determine if I know anyone from this company) - this is very inconvenient! Hope you can add the big numbers back - show the number without having me click anything!
