It is useful, but it has a grey background, which is not always appropriate for all chrome themes. Here are some recommendations for the developer: Make a settings page that you can open when hovering over the extension symbol, this way users can change the background and text color. Also, the developer should include an option for a human readable, ISO-8601 UTC date copy-paste when you click (after all, we are already using UTC standard time, why not use ISO standard format too?). Too Long, Didn't Read (TLDR): It's good, but additional functionality and customization would improve it.
Like that UTC is displayed continuously but no option to view date and unattractive / cluttered design
