Used to work just fine, but as of today while I am writing this review, It caused Youtube videos to jump around like crazy, as well as slowing down the website itself, even after disabling all my other Youtube-affecting extensions. Now I keep this one uninstalled for the foreseeable future.
"Works, but causes scrolling to jump around when it hides things". I have the same issue. Only other extension I have installed is Adblock. If you scroll fast enough when it would normally probably have shorts it jumps you back up. Not really a big deal as it still does what you want but can be annoying if it does it right as you are about to click a video.
Removed them instantly lol one second the shorts and playables were on my screen, i refreshed my tab, and poof they're gone
Sadly this extension does not seem to remove shorts when searching Youtube. Works well for clearing up the home page though.
Wonderful extension. Finally I can stop seeing those cringe shorts and stupid obnoxious playables. Thanks for saving my blood pressure.
I do love this extension but I am having the same issue as another user where it causes the scroll bar to jump back towards the top as you scroll down and its blocking content as it loads.

God bless you for making this. Works like a charm. The problem mentioned in the other review where the scroll bar jumps around doesn't seem to occur for me--perhaps it's been patched, or perhaps it is only an issue on some systems.
An actual godsend, every time I have to setup a new browser and forget to install this I am instantly reminded of just how integral this one, single extension is.
