This review is way overdue - I've been using solostar for 2+ years and there isn't a better tool out there for sourcing under represented talent. It has helped me meet and exceed every URT sourcing goal quarter over quarter. This extension is amazing. It makes sourcing and identifying diverse candidates a breeze and is the best Diversity Sourcing tool on the market. I have used Seekout and Entello, but what I like best about Solostar is that this works hand in hand with LinkedIn, and yields me better, more qualified candidates in my results. I highly recommend this to any Sourcer/Recruiter.
