By installing this extension, the YouTube video playback screen will not move with respect to scrolling. This improves the experience of watching videos while viewing the comments section.

Also, by suppressing scrolling back to the video playback screen when clicking on a timestamp link in the comments section, there is no longer a need to scroll again to find the link in the comments section.

By adjusting the position of live comments during live and youtube premiers, the width of the video playback screen can be adjusted to a width that suits you.
