We prioritize personal contact information over company email. You can search our database directly with our web app or use our Chrome Extension to view candidate data on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, GitHub, etc.

Chatterworks candidate profiles contain personal email addresses, mobile phone numbers, social links, skills, and experience. You can manage the candidates you find and your talent pipeline using our drag-and-drop talent boards.

Chatterworks will even help you find candidates. You send us a job description, and our team builds the search for you, so all you have to do is review candidates. It's really easy to get personal emails and mobile numbers when looking at someone's LinkedIn profile. I see a much higher response rate when I use their Gmail versus sending an InMail on LinkedIn. It also works on GitHub, Facebook, and X.
