It is hard to know how to rate it. It does seem to block popups. The big problem is that it blocks ALL YouTube videos and there is no exceptions. I cannot watch ANY YouTube unless I turn it off. Not sue this is what I need.
it truly blocked video loading and let save by limited vpn bandwidth. but it don't have a turn on / turn off button or options to whitelist so you should delete the extension to disable it when you are without vpn and then install it again
