That's a very good tool for anyone who find a translate a novel
Way better than Deepl, at least in my experience
Way more readable than Google translate
It makes life easier; you can read ten times as much content without difficulty.
The best automatic translator for japanese-korean web novels! I always do my translations by copy-pasting my purchased novels into 3-5 translation apps, so I can get a well written result, but with this extension I don't have to do all that since it provides a coherent, well-written translation in seconds, the AI helps you to correct the annoying mistakes made by other translation apps, such as changing pronouns, not writting names correctly and so... very much recommended!
So helpful when reading chinese baihe. It's way better than Google Translate.
Honestly, this is a very good extension. The translation is done pretty quickly and is readable. Sometimes with other translation apps, the text is jumbled and the pronouns are a bit messed up, but with OpenNovel, I haven't really noticed any mistakes. I love that it translates the entire text (about ~6k characters per page for the novel I translated) without too much interruption. It even has a section where you can do your own glossary and titles/ honorifics. For example, some translated Chinese novels have the Chinese name written in pinyin, so if you wanted, you can tag that and reference back to it later if you forget. Another great feature OpenNovel has is that you can export the novel to ePUB so you can keep it permanently in your library of other ebooks. All in all, I do recommend this extension. You get 10 free chapter translations per month, which is enough for me. But if you want more, you can sign up for a membership which is recommended if you will be translating a lot. Even if you're unsure, there's no harm and trying it out since, as I said above, you can translate 10 for free.
Really good and efficient Translator, natural sounding (as much as AI can be for now). The biggest advantages for me are the quality of life features, like translating short novels or long chapters at once while maintaining context throughout without omissions, at least not anything I noticed so far. Hope it becomes even better and better.
i like it , it make reading webnovels sp much easier
It's decently readable nowadays but make no mistake, it's still mtl so expect problems here and there and questionable sentences and pronouns
