Sometimes when I Watch somebody it says unknown instead of saying the users name, But other than that it works perfectly

It worked perfectly for the last 2 weeks but now when I click on different channels it doesn't count time on channels but on ''unknown''. And you have error and it says: Unchecked runtime.lastError: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist.
