Confusing filters. Deleted the opposite of what I wanted
It does exactly what it says, and that's a wonderful service to provide to the world.
Cleans everything in a background which is nice. But no randomized comment edits for better security. Upvotes range "UNTIL" value does not work.
I love you, and you are amazing, whoever you are, Thanks for this amazing extension, I can't believe someone would make such a thing for free. Much love, I hope I will give back to society in some way that will help you as you have helped me and many others.
Brilliant extension!
After deleting about 100 posts, I get a "oops, Reddit does not respond, trying again in 60 seconds". When I try to bring up reddit, I get an "error 429 This page isn't working". After a delay, rinse and repeat (same process, same error but it does delete about 100 messages each time. Then if I try to stare up the extension again, it pops up a little window "Maybe try logging in again on Reddit" with a little sad face at the bottom. EDIT: Now after the same problem above, I noted it DID delete my nearly 1800 posts and I could proceed to delete the rest without error.
Superb extension. Deleted years of posts and comments by letting it run for a day. Did it all for free compared to competitors that charge nearly 10 USD or more for this simple service (unjustifiable in an era where the cost of software is trending to nil). Kudos to the developer.
really easy to use and efficient , thank you to the developer , i hope you have a great year ahead .
An excellent service. It works, and unlike *another* service that shall not be named, you can delete more than 50 per day. You can pick and chose which subreddits get removed as well, which is super convenient. Absolutely goated. 10/10, would delete again.
Pros: -Actually performs as advertised; I just had 8 years worth of comments and posts deleted. Almost 2000 of the former, which is awesome. -Efficient! Overall I'd say it took me 10-15 minutes? (Depending on your patience that might be a lot, but more on that momentarily.) -Barebones but in a good way. I don't need a fancy interface or anything melodramatic stating "I've done it, they're gone!" Just counting down the comments and posts until they each hit zero, which was really satisfying. Cons: -For some reason it just...stopped counting comments from eight years ago backwards. It shows zero comments on the counter, but there are (I estimate) a couple hundred left. Really annoying since the entire point was to get it all done in one fell swoop. I tried narrowing down the dates so it could focus on those specifically and that didn't do anything. -The extension would delete around 50-100 comments and then hit a wall. It said it would refresh reddit and try again in 60 seconds, and that worked once. After that it didn't make a difference. I had to delete the extension, log into an alt account, reinstall, activate, switch over to the main account, and then continue. (And trust me, I did such a lengthy process because I tried all the simpler versions like uninstalling and reinstalling, just switching accounts and switching back, etc.) I really want to love this more than I do, because it's the best free tool I've found that's user-friendly as well. But for now I'll have to leave it at three stars.
