Didn't block any sponsored results for me. I appreciate the effort and idea though. (USA, Google Chrome on '21 Mac OS Monterey)
Unfortunately this is still (or again) busted. No change in sponsored products shown on amazon.com.
I used this, and it is really useful.
Unfortunately doesn't do anything. Tested on amazon.com and amazon.com.au. Have removed from browser.
