This extension delivers the native Windows middle-click autoscroll experience to Chrome, addressing the gap left by outdated or unsupported predecessors. If you rely on autoscroll for efficient browsing on macOS or Linux, this is designed for you.
Core Functionality:
✅ Activation: Middle-click to place a scroll origin icon.
🔄 Scrolling: Move your mouse relative to the icon to scroll in any direction. Speed is proportional to distance.
Customization:
⚙️ Toggle Mode: A single middle-click activates persistent scrolling. Stop with another middle-click, left/right click, or Esc.
Inspect the latest comments and rating distribution.
Store average score: 5.0. The bars below are calculated from synced review text only, so they may be empty for extensions that have public ratings but no synced comments yet.

Works fine, but you really didn't need to include a 9mb demo.gif from your repo. It serves no purpose but makes it the largest autoscroll extension

The extension does exactly what it promises to do. It brings back the missing fine-control from Chrome's default implementation.
This is the one I was searching for.
