Good extension
Some of these type of extensions causes interference with programs, but this one works great!
Been using for years sucesfully, lastest update has broken jquery innerHTML code in some circumstances. Also flagging items that are not phone numbers as numbers.

Das CRM-Connect stürzt quasi täglich bei Start des Rechner und der Cloudya-App ab. Seit Monaten keine Besserung trotz Updates von Cloudya. Absolut nervig, enttäuschend und unzuverlässig!! Mal tauchen die Hörer neben Rufnummern auf, mal nicht, mal doppelt....eine reine Katastrophe!
Been working really well for a few years but now only takes me to the skype screen and does not put the phone number in the dial pad. Please.please reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good extension
Using in Edge. Works well enough when needed - I think the icon next to the phone numbers is a bit large and distracting but it works fine. Bug? It seems that when you load Edge it activates regardless of the switch setting. I leave it disabled most of the time so it is noticeable to me. I see the handset icon next to phone numbers but the icon is displaying the red X. If I click it twice then the handset disappears next to the phone numbers.
Works great except for phones using common dot format. Example: 413.412.1245 This formatting is fairly common and it would be nice if the extension could treat the dot (period) as a hyphen. See: https://www.businesswritingblog.com/business_writing/2007/01/how_to_format_p.html
