Product summary

Review the store description, core capabilities, and common use cases.

This extension serves as a control for Taper (https://github.com/harrylincoln/taper). Taper is a reverse proxy daemon which throttles local traffic on a machine for testing purposes.

This chrome extension remotely controls the throttle amount(s) via local API calls to the daemon. One can use the slider in the chrome extension to make network conditions appear better or worse, as well as two increment buttons. Level 10 is equal to no affect while Level 1 is the worst setting with a lot of lag introduced.

Users should install it so they don't have to manually hit the daemon's API to set the level(s).
