I was initially charged only ₹1 for the trial. However, without any prior information, reminder, or notification, my subscription was automatically renewed and the payment was deducted from my account. I immediately contacted your support team by email and requested a cancellation and refund, but I have not received any response. The cancel button on your website was also not working, which prevented me from stopping the subscription before the charge. Additionally, I am disappointed with the quality of your website. The job recommendations are inaccurate, and the platform often applies for jobs that are not relevant to my preferences. This has been a very frustrating experience. I am extremely disappointed with both your support team and your service. I kindly request that you process a full refund of the amount that was automatically charged from my account as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response and a quick resolution.

Very nice extension for clarifying doubts in leet code and practising DSA or system designs.
CANCEL button does not work. Inspite of emailing [email protected] and preplaced, my credit card was charged

Great learning and doubts clearing application.
The job recommendations they show are completely irrelevant to my profile. Even after updating my profile more than 10 times, there is no improvement at all. It feels like the platform does not properly match skills or experience. As for learning, there are many free platforms available online that provide much better content and value. Spending money here does not make sense. Overall, it feels like a waste of time and money. I would not recommend it to anyone serious about job searching or learning.
