Currently the only way to remotely trigger the unlock on the Grandstream GDS37xx models is by answering the call and using the RPin.

This will allow you to unlock the door by right clicking in Chrome even on the live view page of the device.

You can enter the local IP address, external IP, or FQDN as well as a port. (Outside of you LAN you will need to do a port forward which may not be secure make sure you do not have default passwords set.)

Please note: The device uses self signed certificate therefor you need to allow it.
