Product summary

Review the store description, core capabilities, and common use cases.

BlindPass blurs candidate name, photo, pronouns and school the instant a card renders on LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever and Indeed, so your first-pass screen judges the work, not the person behind it.

Names and photos are the strongest unconscious-bias signals in early screening. BlindPass masks them with CSS before the card finishes painting, so there is no flash of identity to unsee. When you decide to shortlist someone, a one-click reveal unmasks just that candidate; everyone else stays blind, and reveals never persist across reloads.

WHAT IT DOES

- Blurs candidate name and photo on LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever and Indeed

- Optional blur for gender-coded pronouns and school and graduation year

- One-click per-candidate reveal that never persists
