This is useless in its current form. If I am using such an extension, it means I want to add a custom query string(of my choice/need) to be appended to the end of the URL. For example, if my website URL is `https://www.mydomain.com/my-page`, then I would like to add `?myKey=myValue&anotherKey=anotherValue` etc. to the URL so it becomes `https://www.mydomain.com/my-page?myKey=myValue`. For this, you need to provide a way to configure the key-value pairs(more than 1). Check out some Request Header modifier extensions to see how it is done. By the way, the description does not mention anything about how the extension works and about the default query string, i.e. `&eQSRP=someRandomValue`, that this extension adds to the URL when toggle is enabled. The name and description of this extension both are misleading/incomplete, based on the way it works(or doesn't).

It will be very useful, only if you can configure the query string.
