Use Charcoal to experience Messenger (messenger.com) in dark mode. Toggling dark mode with any theme is easy: click on the Messenger icon on the top left of the web page, and set your preference.

Features:

Messenger icon toggle on the top left of the web page to access preferences.

Choose between 3 themes: Charcoal, Midnight, and Deep Blue.

Change dark or light appearance whenever you want, or set dark mode based on your device's setting.

It's cool and I like deep blue a lot, but dark mode should extend to voice call backgrounds as well.

It's so good, I am using it on opera working great but can you make the addon for sidebar (Messenger) or make it work with that too.. it would be so awesome.

Is it only for windows computers??? Because on my macbook its not working at all even if the icon there on the right corner. Pressing on it changes nothing.

Hey uhm, can you put an option where in the messages the user sent be turned to white instead of a black colored font? just like in the mobile app dark mode, the fonts are all colored white.

I absolutely love it! I posted my review before and flaw I listed there was fixed. Now I'm only waiting for dark scrollbars rather than white ones.
