I just had the same thing happen to me as did Metro East Farms in their review from August of 21. My wallet disappeared with my coins on February 22. Used my 12 word phrase the same as I had for the previous 8 days, where it was working fine with the wallet and my coins appearing each time. Then on the 22nd, the wallet didn't come up. I have the contract I.D. and looking at it on BSCScan, the wallet shows my coins are still in the wallet but I can't access it with my 12 word phrase. Unfortunately, I have quite a bit invested in this. Coin98 support was easy to reach but no help. They said its not possible for the wallet to disappear. That I must have the passphrase written down wrong, but that's not the case, it worked perfectly before the 22nd. None of the wallets available have solid reviews. It's hard to trust any of them at this point. Some advice I got was to create several wallets and only put a bit in each, however, that does mean you have to keep up with several passphrases. You should also save your private key that's created for each wallet.
