The test was good. I just don't like the fact had to move many placing because the way they wanted. I also felt that it can be improved better.
my computer charger was not plugged in , due to me having to keep showing proctor around the room and fix things , like no stickers on the stable which were permanently there. but i sent a chat in a hurry because my laptop would die any second , i just informed I needed to reach to the side and grab the cord that fell off the table. i waited a couple minutes, but i was so nervous my computer was going to die right then.. i picked it up, i was still in the view of the camera! but got a notice that the next time i violate i will be kicked out...okay well i cant violate anything if my laptop is dead soo...just seems a little too strict. i proved my surroundings already to them. that gave me so much anxiety wow i am so on edge and that was not a great feeling today. i did this once before 4 years ago and dont remember feeling how i did today.
I got kicked out three times with no explanation as to why.
this was a terrible experience. the proctor waited 10 min to answer my only question. then referred me to customer support. who referred me top someone else. i had to hang up because it took 50, YES 50, minutes. this is a terrible service and will avoid it like the plague.
THEY ARE NICE ALL THE TIME ANS SOIVING TECHNICAL ISSUES VERY FAST.
proctor was nice but i got some warnings for things I didnt do such as read the question out loud- i did not speak at all but overall it was fibe
the proctor was very nice. this was my first time taking the test from home.
