This was a horrible experience, it took 45 minutes to start my test! Had to check under my mousepad, had to open up my mouse, had to clear out my whole room just to take this test! They didnt respond to questions until 20 mins after I asked. an they gave me two test violations, one for COUGHING, and the other for CLOSING MY EYES.

This was one of the worst, the person who was over seeing my test just was horrible, could not see the questions on my screen, I send a message to the proctor for assistant, and it took them over 10 - 15 mins to repond. It was stressful taking this test.

If I could give this a -5, I would. It's stressful enough having to take and pass an exam that you hope will afford you greater opportunities in life, but to have poor service, be kicked out of the site multiple times without warning or explanation from the proctor, (which is probably AI) or IT, and not having the luxury of having water or atleast have a snack, is ridiculous. I was doing okay until first kicked out around question #70, then feared I would be failed, but was able to get back in just to be kicked out on question #125... If someone from PSI/Proctor is reading this, or even an educational institution, NOT 1 online exam has gone smoothly. You cause more stress and anxiety for a student than necessary and you really need to fix your system!

This was horrible! I wasted over 30mins before i could even start my test! They basically had me clean my whole station. Asking to remove my shoes and remote from the frame. Kinda surprise I wasn't asked to take my tv down off the wall!

It was a little nerve wrapping to make sure everything was in order to start my exam... I thought I had everything cleared in my testing area, but I understand how important it is to ensure the integrity of my testing area... once I met all the requirements I was able to start and complete everything

Not a good experience. It had me go through the whole process 5 times and kept saying my connection was not strong so therefor kicked me out all those time. Very very annoying. The first couple proctors I had were good but then the last ones were so in-depth it took me forever to get to start my exam. Not a well organized exam. I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO START IT OR END IT. Fingers crossed I even ended my exam correctly which according to the internet I did. I didnt receive my test score right away and said it can take 48 hours so now I will be anxious over the weekend.
