Easy to use, however, very sensitive. I was reading the practice test questions out loud when I was given a warning for simply reading out loud. I was unaware that that was not allowed. After answering all the test questions, I adjusted my sitting postion a tad bit when I was given a final warning for "moving out of view of the camera", which was completely false. Got through the test without actually getting my test teminated because of simple body movements/sounds.

After my third time attempting to take this exam, I was able to complete it. The online version is a complete dumpster fire. The proctors over the computer are not even remotely helpful. I was on my 25th question this time when my proctor told me they would be pausing my exam. They let me know it was because they were unable to see my screen (screen sharing). I noticed my camera light was off, I asked if they could resend the request to share the screen. I received the same answer with every question I asked from that point on " our technical team can help you best". However, I told the tech team what was happening and she kept trying to get me to "fix my camera" I told her multiple times it was not my camera, and I just needed to simply share my screen again. She insured me i was in fact incorrect and that she would help me, after twenty mins of her not listening and me not getting any answers at all from the proctor, I signed off and signed back on, wouldn't you know I was sent a request to share my screen. Luckily, I was matched with a separate proctor at that moment. The rest of the test went well. But between this time and the first two times I'm certain NHA does not care that PSI causes so much stress to their applicants during exam time. They've been told over and over in these reviews, and after five conversations with them on the phone, seems there's no improvement being implemented. I am worried my anxiety increased and I may have choked on some of the answers. Super disappointed, but until NHA demands better then nothing will change.

Extremely disappointed i was stopped in the middle of my exam which caused me not to finish my exam and the technician took forever to respond that was very so please i need accommodation to retake my exam otherwise i will report you guys
