I have been using this crm for over 6 months now, and while it has had its fair share of issues earlier in its development the improvements come consistently and the support team is incredible with their personalized care. At this stage there are practically 0 system issues and the engagement with clients is unmatched, especially compared to other similar options. I highly recommend giving this a shot, there is a lot of potential for increased business

Using this is equivalent to throwing your money in a toilet. It will take you months for them to verify your 10DLC. The response time for their support team is about the same time frame. I just don't think the founder knew what he was getting himself into. I spent about $300 in one week for texting credits and have less than 50% deliverability. If you depend on SMS marketing like I do for your business and can't afford to have a company leave you in the dark, and deliver less than half of your leads, than I would suggest the ole faithful - iSales now called Ringy.
