Postman Interceptor helps you send requests which use browser cookies through the Postman app.

It can also send headers which are normally restricted by Chrome but are critical for testing APIs. The Interceptor makes this process painless. Something that would have required a proxy earlier can now be achieved without any installation steps or extra configuration.

I've used Postman before and its usually great. But this extension unfortunately doesn't work (using latest version). It says to install Interceptor bridge by following a link in the extension. This link takes you to a doc which tells you to install it from the link in the extension which is what I clicked on in the first place. So no way to install bridge, it just says disconnected perpetually. There is a support ticket on this from March 2020 with no resolution.

does not work. now you have to download and install a separate application. also does not show correct data. really disappointing.

Does not work. Tried for hours. Installed all dependencies, still it says "Interceptor Disconnected" . Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Postman v7.34.0 (Latest). Nothing worked!

Hard to understand interface ,It shows disconnected while my internet is working fine. Earlier it was very easy to use , it was very helpful in API debugging.Now it donot work easily , some other things also need to install , cannot understand how to use it?Why they have made it more complex?
