This doesn't seem to do anything at all. All CTRL key hotkeys still work in Chrome with this extension enabled.
You have to manually type in chrome://extensions/shortcuts to chrome and then you can use this extension to make keyboard shortcuts do nothing. It works for what I want it to block (Ctrl+Alt+B), but it would have been helpful for it to have a link to that page. I had to go to the reviews to figure out how to use it.
doesn't even work
chrome://extensions/shortcuts is available with or without this add-on. The link "chrome://extensions/shortcuts" has to be typed manually, I mean the icon of this add-on doesn't even open a webpage for you. It's pure emptiness. The shortcuts are the exact same with or without this turd. And it doesn't change anything about F1->F12 hotkeys which are the most annoying ones. Useless, with a big U.
Работает, наконец-то убрал Ctrl+W. Просто вбил комбинацию которая не нужна и всё.
Finally I won't close all my 3000 tabs when accidently touching Shift while closing a tab!
Only need this to disable ctrl + w and it does just that. Seems perfect.
Works only SOMETIMES. I assign a whole bunch of keybinds for web gaming, and they get disregarded after 2 minutes of them being established. I set it to Global, doesn't work. This has potential, but I can't really use it myself.
