The tab-saving UX with the drop down experience is just bad and unintuitive. When I drag a bunch of tabs out of my current Chrome session and add them to a new Space, it does not save them to the space!! you have to manually save the tabs to that new space you created. If you close the Space, you lose the tabs you just dragged out! Looking at the reviews here I wondered if I was doing something wrong. But I see many other similar reviews (Jun 20, 2025, Jun 1, 2025 and many more). Anyone listening? The way the tool wants you to do this (without losing tabs): (Windows + Chrome setup) 1. Drag those tabs out - Shift + select or Ctrl + select into a new window 2. RIGHT Click Workona toolbar. Click "Tab Manager by Workona" 3. You will now see the Vercona - mode and all the tabs in an unsaved space. 4. Click on the TABS menu. Click on the vertical three-dots in Gray Note: Workona prefers that you add a new space so that you can be on the upgrade path. If you don't want to upgrade, you can pick one of the limited spaces that you opted to use. 5A. If you click "Save All to space". In the pop-up, you HAVE TO select one of your existing spaces and then add the new tabs you want to add to one of the sections, either resources or create a new one. 5B. If you just want to save the tabs to the Tabs in one of your spaces, you can also do the following: Click on the vertical 3 dots, click on Select. Select all tabs and drag and drop them into your Space that shows up on the leftnave under the Spaces section.

Not only does it require an account for basic functionality, but it also suspends all your tabs and then promotes itself in each one of them... Cannot even see what the app is about without giving my personal data and by the looks of other reviews also paying up - no thanks.

While the general functionality and layout is great. I'm frequently frustrated by the extension failing to update my spaces. I might close chrome and when I got to open a space it'll show me a set of tabs that is outdated and does not reflect some tabs I opened and closed more recently. This is very frustrating. Hoping to find an alternative service until this is no longer a problem.

Good all around tab manager. Helps a lot when switching context often. Please add an option to sort spaces in any reasonable order (e.g. alphabetical). At the moment the spaces are basically randomly sorted, which makes is difficult to search when changing spaces often.
