Very helpful in organizing ideas and tabs that don't relate but require some way to revisit. Also has helpful to-do list and notes functions that come in handy. Accomplishes its purpose in freeing up memory when you have a couple dozen tabs, and is just great in general for getting work together. Really good.

I've only been using Workana for about 6 months and it's changed the way I work! It's a great tool for account/client management. I can create separate workspaces for each client which makes context switching very easy. I haven't encountered any of the tab loss issues that other reviewers mentioned, so they must have fixed what caused it? It's been totally stable for me :)

This extension has changed my life and how I manage all my tabs and work. I love the search capability, tab management is a breeze. HOWEVER: the Workona tabs are CONSTANTLY using network. This causes a number of issues: 1. Uses up traffic that would otherwise be used by other processes. 2. Workona tabs sometimes start using up high CPU, and it slows down my computer. Restarting the browser helps, but it always eventually comes back. 3. The most annoying: my laptop has an EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) service for security, and every time a Chrome process accesses the network, an EDR sensor service starts up. Which means it is ALWAYS running, and running at 40% of my total CPU. Makes is impossible to work. Maybe this is a unique problem to me, but I feel like I'm ready to ditch it. Which is too bad, because I do truly love it.

Never tried similar app before and this is a great help for a girl with usually over 60 tabs open. It took me a while to find my workflow with workona, but I am getting there. Worth to give a try if your browser is full on all your monitors :-)
