Wonderful way of managing research-driven context switching. If you find yourself with a lot of tabs open to reference materials on a few different topics at any given time, you only have a couple of choices... deal with scads of tabs being open and difficult to find when you need them or manage bookmarks aggressively. Workona offers another option: set up contexts for your tabs to live in and switch between them easily. Background tab suspension by default is icing on the cake and ensures that Chrome isn't hogging all your memory and CPU.

Heed the warnings about disappearing tabs. I organized all of my reading materials. Hundreds of articles. Set up several other workspaces as well. Came back to the reading workspace and it was EMPTY. hours and hours lost.. no apparent way to recover them. I was really hoping this would help the workflow, but it seems that it's not stable enough for prime time.

This Chrome extension is so great that I completely dropped MS OneNote for it (and I used to worship OneNote) ! You just don't need it anymore, Workona does it all and more! Very polished, great performance, Look & Feel and UX. You can easily create/move/rename workspaces/sections and add notes, resources (Like google drive specific folders or docs related to the task), whatever your heart desires. Exactly what I needed since I started working in a new workplace (I'm a software engineer) and the workload is high, this extension saves me a LOT of time during my day to day work. Thanks :)

Great idea and worked really well for me the first couple of days. Then out of nowhere, every time I opened up the app, Workona would open up this display that could not be closed forcing me to pin the extension. However, here is the stupid part, after I was forced to pin it against my own desire, the display would still be there. I even closed and reopened Chrome and it still had the same issue. If Workona was not so pushy with their tactics, which greatly backfired, I would still be a user. Oh well. Greed will get the best of ya.
