Workona solves my need to compartmentalize my work streams across my day job and home life. It's UX is nearly perfect and allows me to organize my various "desktops" in an instantly recallable way. If someone were to take Workona away from me, I would struggle to regroup to my current level of productivity.

I cannot recommend this extension enough. As a college student during the global pandemic & online learning, Workona helps with organizing and de-cluttering your tabs and browser. I have multiple sections with workspaces within them. My sections are called "Courses" and "Casual". The Courses section holds all of my individual classes as an individual workspaces, and Casual has non-school related workspaces. So if I want to switch from working on math to working on chemistry, I'll change workspaces, my tabs from math will close and my tabs from chemistry will appear. If I want to switch back to math, I just change workspaces again and all of my tabs are brought up again. I have been very productive bc of this extension. I'll include some of the things I've done that helped my organization and productivity here in case anyone would like to do the same. If you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer them :) A little side note: when you switch back to a workspace the tabs will refresh, for example, if i switch to another workspace as I'm writing this review, my review wont be saved bc this tab would refresh when I come back to it. Useful Features: * Resources Section: Any links or files can be added to the resources section for each workspace. I add the links to my classes e-books and zoom links for easy access * (NEW) Tasks Section: Tasks came with a recent update and made the extension so much better. You can now add tasks with their due dates and link them with any workspace. They will show next to the resource tab when you open a workspace ^ Sections are not actual tabs in your browser, if you look at the 2nd picture you can see what they would look like. * Autosaving tabs: you don't have to do anything before switching workspaces to save the tab your on Again lmk if anyone has any questions and I'll see if I can answer them :)

THIS IS LIFE CHANGING! My tabs were always a mess, especially when I was doing intensive research projects for multiple courses and balancing stray resources such as shared google drive files and webpages. Workona makes it so easy to organize everything, allowing me to sync tabs across my computers, categorize and manage linked files and bookmarks, switch between complex tab sessions, and stay organized. I also reached out to customer service once and they immediately responded with a helpful fix. While the UI is admittedly cumbersome at times, I cannot recommend this enough for anyone who has to manage multiple pages or do research.
