Top! Sehr hilfreich wenn man wie ich mehrere Projekte parallel betreut, die über Browser-Tools funktionieren (Google Docs, Microsoft 360, diverse PM Tools etc.) . Man kann einfach zwischen den Workspaces wechseln, und hat alle relevanten Tabs mit Google Docs, Timelines, Infos etc gleich offen. Ein tolles Feature findet man etwas versteckt im rechten Bereich. Dort kann man nämlich mehr als einen "Ressources" Bereich anlegen, und damit thematisch nochmal untergliedern. Auch diese lassen sich dann als Block alle öffnen.

Naprosto dokonalé! Absolutně nejlepší manager otevřených panelů v prohlížeči. Pokud je vaše práce u PC, tak jistě nepracujete jen s jedním otevřeným panelem. Já osobně mám při práci neustále otevřených několik (až desítek) panelů, se kterými pracuji. A k tomu občas samozřejmě i něco soukromého, nepracovního, pokud potřebuji chvíli odreagovat. A pak se samozřejmě zase vrátit k práci, tzn. ke všem zmíněným otevřeným panelům (CRM, Collabim, Mysms, KÚ, Sreality, Mapy.cz, naše CMS atd.) A právě přesně toto Workona umožňuje! Naprostý luxus! Jedná se o cloudovou službu, ve které nejenže krásně vidíte všechny otevřené panely, ale můžete si je i uložit, a hlavně i uspořádat do sekcí na pracovní, soukromé atd. Pojmenování každé sekce je jen na vás. Skvělé je, že se vám ve vteřině otevřou vždy jen ty panely, se kterými chcete právě pracovat (dle sekce, kde je máte uložené), tzn. šetříte paměť prohlížeče. Zkoušel jsem různá rozšíření pro správu otevřených panelů a Workona vede na plné čáře. Vřele doporučuji!
Very useful and works surprisingly smooth! Once you learn how to use it, it should significantly improve your working efficiency.
Recently Workona servers keep going down. This is happening only to people accessing it from India. I keep getting ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. I categorise my tabs based on the projects I'm working on and when Workona is not accessible, it really throws your working methods out of whack. Please have your servers running world-wide. Also pls make it possible to export all the links saved into CSV or some other format.
It's the best!!! There are so many things that I feel it's quite impossible to write everything in this review so here we are!!!
Once you take some time to learn the ins and outs of this extension, it's a brilliant way to manage tabs and groups of tabs, particularly for recurring types of tasks. Love this, saves me loads of mental energy.
