If you don't know how to use it, it will get your tabs deleted!!! Now I am wasting my time looking for them in the history and I don't know actually what I had opened last two weeks so I will have to check everything I had opened!!

Functional for 5 spaces. That's it. Before you would be able to archive spaces and add sections to the workspaces but it's locked behind a paywall. It's better to look for other alternatives!

An app I never realised I needed, yet it has completely changed the way I work and use my browser. Creating spaces which include organised sections of tabs, GDrive documents, notes etc is brilliant. It's so great for staying focussed on one project, and for context switching when you need to come back. It actually reflects how people use the web browser these days. Most applications are online, so why not organise workspaces around that.

Workona had such promise, and ironically worked perfectly up until they started requiring me to purchase a paid subscription to keep my number of workspaces. I used it for roughly a year and half until it eventually just became unusable. I was constantly dealing with issues where tabs wouldn't be synced properly between different machines, duplicate tabs being created, tabs from other workspaces being added, tabs that I had closed being opened repeated over and over... I worked on all of these and more over multiple months with support and I was never able to resolve ANY of these issues, despite them occurring on both Firefox and Chrome and both my Macbook Pro and my Windows 11 desktop. At this point, I can no longer recommend the extension to anyone, but if you like the IDEA of Workona, I would encourage you to check out Microsoft Edge and their "Workspaces" implementation, which works exactly as how I WISH Workona worked.
