Please don't launch this extension in the middle of a work, it will only be a mess, and if you want it only for personal use it's not for you in the long run, it's better suited for teams and business-like, because all that sharing, work management style and Integration functionality, that will only make you confuse (all those 5 STARS probably just a first impression) I thought it's completely free for a basic user like me, but it's NOT, thankfully I read in the reviews that it starts charging you after only 5 spaces, which is a trick to get you to pay every month for your simple basic use, (after you have invested all that time on organizing your spaces you would be forced to pay ) Also noticed there is no mention about a subscription here only sign up for free, and in the official website hidden in pricing (and you know what they say: don't do buisness with someone who's not clear about the price! hhh) because it's a trick, so 3 STARS for thm trying, but Im out of here,,, and if you want give it a try make sure to save all you work before, also read other (non 5 STARs) reviews they describe it in details.

Very useful and convenient as a pseudo home base to keep all your tasks and related information grouped together for easy access. Being able to move Tabs to the necessary Workspace is pivotal. I rank it a 4.5/5 stars because it is amazing but there is an annoying bug. When trying to add a resource via the pinned icon on the browser bar, the Workona pop-up-window prompts you for a subscription upgrade to add a resource to an new resource folder in the workspace. Giving the reasoning of upgrading to add an additional 'Resource Section' even though the current tab/bookmark I am trying to add is being added to a resource section that already exists within the workspace. I'm not trying to add it to a new section. Also, I wish there was a way to use a Dark Mode theme or change the actual background color of the webpage. The light webpage is a bit jarring and I prefer a darker screen during long screen use. Other than those two thing, the app is a wonderful addition to a work routine and helps you to stay on top of your tasks in an organized and neatly assigned manner.

I am not one for extensions but Workona is a game changer. I highly recommend it for organizing multiple workflows. Until I read the reviews here I was unaware that there was a paid version.
