📢 February 2026: Chrome 145 has a bug that causes problems with tab group operations (collapse and modify title). This bug will be fixed in Chrome 146. This is a Chrome bug, not an extension bug. All browser extensions with similar functionality are affected.
This extension lets you display and manage tabs vertically in the browser sidebar, supports light and dark themes and search functionality.
2023/12/21 Update: Support Tab Groups, including collapse/expand a group, drag and drop a group and context menu (i.e. right-click) on a group.
Two Ways to Open the Extension Sidebar:
1. Click the Extension icon. You need to "Pin" the extension to the browser toolbar.
2. Use shortcut keys. Please set it at "chrome://extensions/shortcuts" by yourself, the default is Alt+V .

This plugin is absolutely fantastic and has already met 90% of my needs—I'm truly satisfied with its functionality! However, I have a small optimization suggestion that I believe could further enhance the plugin. It would be great to have a feature that allows sorting and categorizing by domain, so related tags can be grouped together automatically. This would make navigation and organization even more convenient and efficient. I’m confident this addition would take the user experience to the next level! Thank you so much for your hard work on this plugin, and I look forward to seeing its continued improvement!
When I move tab between groups the scrolling position of sidepanel "jumps" up. No "Move tab to group..." selector menu item.
Absolutely perfect extension to organize your tabs. You can categorize them with title and colors so I just love it!

A very professional looking vertical tab manager. But the default width is fixed and it far to wide for me. Needs an option to let the the user control the width to a smaller size of their choice. PS - Shame on Google for leaving out a critical component all the other browsers offer.

The tabs and tab groups at the top of the browser are still visible. So now they are visible both at the top and and at the side. How do I get rid of the copies at the top?
It is an awesome chrome extension!
Nice it works but one issue. When you have the button for it pinned, if you want to quickly open and close it that way it takes more focus. Cause it adds a "close side panel" pin when it opens, which shifts the others, when in reality, you can just click the same button you used to open it to also close it. Maybe remove this close pin?
