Does not work. I have installed the web version and on premises in the hope to use the Volk extension to add new prospects. I have a paid sales nav an will pay Volk too when i see it actually work. I click on the extension icon on top and nothing opens up, click add to folk from a profile and it does nothing. Please help as this can be a great software for us sales people.

Review of the extension for FolkX, an elegant CRM: Currently under development. Shows potential, but there are essential features still missing. The extension doesn't automatically extract contact information from Gmail. Why manual input for email addresses? This seems like a straightforward enhancement. A letdown. Tags: The extension doesn't allow instant tag addition. Moreover, searching for tags within the app isn't intuitive. While the user interface is commendable, the extension needs to be more robust.
