Would be nice if it also replaced the year count on a channel's video page. It does work for the sidebar but that wasn't what I was looking for.

Great extension, would be even better if it worked in the channels videos and live categories too, if possible, looking for a video from 2020 November being drown in a hundreds of "4 years ago" video is annoying thanks to YouTube. But I'm still happy to be able to see the dates in the feeds now. Thanks a lot.

Not very useful since it only adds the date to the videos you are currently watching (if you open the description you can see the full date already, no need for the extension for that) and the ones suggested on the sidebar. Videos from search, homepage, channels, playlists, etc is not included, and that is the vast majority. I'm trying to sort a playlist by chronological order with a ton of videos in it and it's impossible when I have to open them every time I want to know the date. So frustrating.

Doesn't work - Date still says 1 year ago, 2 weeks / 3 weeks etc. Doesn't show actual date.

Can confirm what other reviews are saying. It mostly works for most videos, but any video listed as 'new' will show a very wrong, old date. For example, in my sidebar just now while watching a video, it shows a video with the 'new' tag having come out 22 Feb 2017. It actually came out 18 Dec 2023, per that video's page.
