Oh thank GOD it's been insufferable how they've been shoving AI down our throats and the AI-generated results are often garbage and even if you skip over them (which is annoying as it still clutters each search) it used such a massive amount of water and energy it makes me sick each time. This is simple, and immediately searching is less stressful. Thanks!

Downloaded this when I noticed that adding '-ai' stopped working in my google searches. My main concern with other extensions was that they are still loading the AI overview and just hiding it - that means it's still pulling all the energy from servers anyway and then pulling additional energy to hide it. This is simple, easy, and prevents the AI search from being generated in the first place!
Thanks to this extension, I'm free from Ai overviews
Does what it says, and what Google won't.
Tried a few of these extensions and they didn't work or broke my web search. This one works perfectly.
