really nice idea
it just doesn't work! I click on activate and hungs.

Useless
Have had nothing but problems with this skin. It loaded the first day- and I spent a ton of time "sorting" everything. That was the only day that it actually worked. They have no customer service to speak of- it took days to get a response from them, and then it was just to say, "keep trying." It's a great concept- unfortunately the execution is terrible.
This extension should make my Gmail experience much more productive, since it has so many great ideas in it; instead, it makes loading Gmail a complete pain. Maybe if I had a fiber connection, or a really speedy machine...but I don't. I'll try again in a few months to give it a chance to grow.
I really, really want this to work better as it's a brilliant solution. But it doesn't. I rarely loads and when it does it takes way too long. When it's up and running it's amazing. But it's just not reliable and I'm wasting time having to revert back to classic gmail that has no system in place as I've relied on Sortd that fell through.
I really, really want to love Sortd. It feels like the perfect solution for someone who likes the features provided by Inbox (by the Gmail team) while still using the regular Gmail platform. Two issues prevent me from giving this extension a higher rating: first, it takes AGES to load Sortd for Gmail on my desktop PC at work; second, there is currently no mobile platform for Sortd, which is unfortunate, since most of my Internet time is spent on my mobile devices. EDIT: I have had to lower my rating and uninstall the extension because it Sortd frequently does not load correctly. I love the idea, but without consistent functionality this extension is useless to me.
Why two stars only? Only in your FAQ you write that email information are stored in Sortd when you drag an email into the organizer panel". You claim to not store the actual email but of course users are unable to check this. I would appreciate if you add this information in the Webstore, so that users know about this BEFORE installing the extension.
