USUFULL EXTENSION FOR MY BUSINESS

This extension shows ads desktop notification. This is not mentioned in the overview. Though I have found the erail website (and this extension) to be very useful in the past, I have uninstalled it now. Plugin developers need to understand that they cannot take users' consent for granted. They have to notify the users upfront that the plugin will serve ads.
The extension requires permission to read content on all the pages and then injects ads. No such thing has been mentioned in the description.
Why it is taking permissions to display notifications? This is bizarre, it is showing me notifications from Amazon and Flipkart and other sites, this is really bad...
