Unmatched adblock extension against advertising, tracking and pop-ups. Our Manifest V3 prototype has been finally merged with AdGuard Browser extension and we are happy to announce the first beta!

Surely you're familiar with AdGuard Browser extension, which effectively blocks all kinds of Internet ads. But with the release of Manifest V3, it will no longer work. To keep you from remembering what pop-ups, ad banners and ad videos look like, and to make you feel safe knowing that the extension protects you from trackers, malicious and phishing sites, we created AdGuard Browser extension V3.

uBlock Origin Liteは安全性を重視して機能をある程度制限したりしているのに対し、こちらのAdGuard MV3は「出来る限りMV2版の機能をそのまま移植する」という方針のようだ。 いくつかの技術的制約はあるものの、MV3対応の広告ブロッカーの中では最も性能が高いといえる。これでも物足りないと思うなら、FirefoxやBraveに乗り換えるか、アプリ版AdGuardを使おう。 忘れてはならないのは、問題が起きたならきちんと公式に報告すること。 本当に対応が無理なケースを除けばすぐに修正してくれるし、それによって他のAdGuardユーザーを助けることができる。

its performance is very fast compared to mv2, but a problem is that it would play an ad and i would need to reload the page to get rid of the ad. otherwise, it is a very good adblocker

Works great, but whenever I play a youtube video I have to reload the page in order for the ad blocker to actually do it's job. Otherwise, if I directly click a video on the youtube home page, it still plays an ad.

as good as Ublock Origin lite and if you are from post-soviet countries, it does a better job blocking elements that are not necessarily ads, but distracting in general
