The app constantly gets stuck at 12%, and has become completely unusable. Support has been unable to correct it, and just gives the same answer each time—remove, reinstall, etc. When it worked, it was a decent app, but because it doesn't work, it's worthless.
Solid extension. Does what it says. Found 847 inactive friends on my account.
The engagement tracking feature alone is worth it. Now I know exactly who actually interacts with my content versus who's just sitting there doing nothing.
