Use this extension all the time. It's invaluable for developing and troubleshooting HTML issues.

No matter what I choose, from Display Color to Display Outline, all that ever happens is a new window opens and the progress bar displays, but nothing else. Not sure what the issue is, but I will use this in Firefox, where it works. Doesn't work for me in Chrome.
