Sure, I appear to be able to send news articles to my new Remarkable 2. BUT neither the extension nor the app has yet to successfully send a single PDF to it -- the MAJOR reason why I purchased this device. Create a seamless way to send documents or you will have a very angry customer on your hands . . . very shortly. This should be the easiest thing in the world. I can't send the contents of a Google Doc over. I can't send the PDF version I create. I cannot send preexisting PDF files. They all fail. I either get an error message or nothing happens and nothing is received on the device side. I'm very displeased. I thought I'd have a relatively bug-free experience as this is a 2nd generation product and there was a recent update (2.3?) to the device.

The first document I tried it on was the Wikipedia article on "Ellipse". When converted as "text" it goes directly to the remarkable device. However, for this article, it converts the text minus the mathematics and the figures. This is somewhat useless to read this article. Then I tried it on another webpage which had pictures but no funny symbols in the text. It converts the text into a very readable font and goes directly to the device. There is also the option to convert to PDF, but this just uses the print to PDF function that already exists in browsers. You have to save it somewhere, open the remarkable app, and import it. This is exactly what I was doing anyway. In summary, if you read documents on Chrome with ordinary text and no figures, this will this will save you steps, because at the push of a button it sends it directly to your remarkable tablet. If you need the figures and or mathematical symbols or chinese characters (I also tested), don't bother. This has the same functionality as the print button.

Wow, this feature is really great! I love this. Now my reMarkable is the most bether solution to read documentation, courses or articles in the web. Thanks! .- A great add-on feature would be the ability to write the filename into a document, before it is sent. .- Another great add-on feature would be the ability to print only the selected text.

First, I didn´t knew that I need it... and then I LOVED it. Although a logical and useful implementation, before it, I simply safed and stored many articles by hand (which wasn´t a big deal either). But now even that changes to the better! As soon as the ReMarkable email informed me about this feature, I downloaded and installed it in seconds. And I do not regret it. It works quick and effortless. In 2 variants, by either storing your newspaper articles in EPUB format, or you export is as PDF (like if you would print pages). And both variants are useful and sufficient. All in all: great job in enhancing my experience or my beloved working tool ReMarkable.

It's a great tool so far! I have been wanting to read more of my articles from my Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing on my remarkable, because I want to be able to have all my notes in one place. It works about 98% of the time, but it makes the process so much faster and smoother for converting to epub or saving it as a pdf that I don't mind the few times it doesn't work. What I would like to see is when I save it as a PDF, the article will go straight to remarkable. Currently, it stays in my downloads folder and I have to upload it to remarkable manually still. the thing that would make it REALLY great would be to be able to change the TITLE of what you're sending to remarkable! When I'm on the same website skimming through multiple articles, they all get sent with the same title :( that makes it hard to sift through later on! I had to go through and add the title of each of the articles manually. Again, a lot faster than saving it as a pdf and uploading it to remarkable each time on my own, but there is still some room for improvement :) I also like the idea of adding blank pages to the end for note taking! that would be sweet.

This is, in a word, AWESOME! So far everything the reMarkable team has done has been awesome and this is no exception. It's very cool being able to take a page straight to may reMarkable without a whole lot of unnecessary steps. And you have the option of text or PDF which is helpful as well. Thanks reMarkable!
