Horrible extension never works right
Very unstable. I work from home, I have internet connection with a SIM card, every 4 hours my IP change causing a very small disconnection. Everything works perfectly extept Five9 , that need to be totally restarted. Support from FIVE9 told me "work from office".

The product is worthless if IT has to keep troubleshooting issues with the extension.
Obviously people who made this product, dont use it.. Geezz
Consistently wacky. When logging in, it keeps asking to install the five9 software, but it already us. You have to keep trying to get in. Their technical support advised us to uninstall the software and re-install. We found out the one we have is outdated, which is another flaw on their end - there's no push notifications for updates on the system at all, nor does it automatically prompt an update. Fast forward to about a week, and same issue again -- no updates!
Disconnects too much.
I really don't understand why I have to reinstall Five9 at least five times a month. Delete cookies. And try whatever it takes to log in. Refresh the page, close it, and reopen it. It's really frustrating for me. I'm sorry, but this problem has been going on for several months. I have to give it one star.
ESTE PROGRAMA SE TARDA DEMASIADO EN SUBIR. NO RECONOCE MI EXTENSION Y ES MUY INESTABLE.
issues everyday, we have three domains, and it logs me off on a daily and I have to remove it from Chrome, then add it back, I have to have Techs working on my PC on a daily, not productive at all, this is an honest OverHead!
